And regardless of whether he was using Thunderseal or a simple steel rapier, Ky's abilities still place him within the top five percent of warriors walking the Earth in this day and age.

But that leader...he had been something else. That wind magic had made him feel almost as if he were taking blasts of wind from the Zessen fans. Furthermore, his sword gave off a presence similar to an Outrage. Ky managed to dispatch him, but he'd had to use not one but two Overdrives in the process. But at least now, the battle was over. Best to hurry up and bury the bodies, then continue on toward his next destination.]

That depends on whether or not the sword is sentient.

[As if sentient swords are a dime a dozen.]

Er...no. That was meant jokingly.

That said, you're a sentient being. Thus, you should be free to decide what you want and to pursue it.

[As far as Ky is concerned, it should be.]

Because I'm a weapon. [ said simply. ] I may take a human shape, but in the end, I'm still a sword, and I was still created to kill. There aren't many people who would think from your view.

Very well. If that is how other people plan to perceive and...use you, then join me. I'm traveling, but I will see to it that you get the proper dignity and respect befitting any capable of making conscious decisions.

It means you're the first person in a very long time to not just grab me and swing me around for their own gain! It's refreshing!

[Oddly, Ky doesn't look pleased. He's more concerned that it's a refreshing change for her.]

Well, that's my stance. If you come with me, I'll see that you're treated properly.

However...I may require your aid in combat, if that's all right with you. A valuable weapon, one that symbolizes an elite order I once belonged to, was stolen from me, and I seek to reclaim it. I fear I may need more than a mundane sword to succeed.
